Happy Easter!

Easter painting of the women finding the empty tomb

I don’t just wish you a happy Easter; I wish you a deeply joyful Easter, an Easter whose meaning soaks into your innermost consciousness and which envelops every part of you – physical, mental, and spiritual.

Worship the Lord in holy array;
tremble before Him, all the earth;
yea, the world stands firm, never to be moved.
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice,
and let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns!”
Let the sea roar, and all that fills it,
let the field exult, and everything in it!
Then shall the trees of the wood sing for joy
before the Lord, for He comes to judge the earth.
O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;
for His steadfast love endures for ever!

– 1 Chronicles 16:29-34

He is risen; alleluia! Rejoice and be glad, and have a very happy Easter.

      Happy Easter! (I didn’t see a previous comment, but WordPress could have eaten it – computers can play nasty tricks of that sort when they feel the urge.)
